John Kohrs
Executive Director
A 20-year resident of the Orlando area and former small business owner, John transitioned into the nonprofit sector to follow his passion for supporting seniors. As executive director, he works directly with affordable housing communities to coordinate engaging events and social gatherings that bring older adults together and foster genuine companionship.
Joshua Strzalko
Board MemberFounder of Eleet Technologies, a boutique technology consulting company. An Oviedo native and UCF graduate, Joshua has a strong commitment to his community, serving in leadership roles with the UCF College of Business Alumni Board, Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Helpful Hands. Outside of work and community service, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Brett Lundequam

Founder and President of LunDev. Brett, an active member in the Central Florida homebuilding community for over 30 years, is an Orlando native, husband and father residing in Winter Park, Florida. When not working Brett enjoys surfing, mountain biking, traveling and spending time with his wife, Anne Marie, daughter Megan, son Matt and two Labs Moby & Jax.
Michael Hand, CPA
Board MemberFounder of Apex Taxes and Consulting, Michael focuses on helping small business owners operate and grow efficiently. Michael has a bachelor’s degree in criminology and accounting from the University of South Florida. Outside of work, Michael is a lifelong car enthusiast and enjoys boating, golf, tennis and spending time with his family and church.
